Each gathering includes time for intentional connection and conversation, along with a structured discussion topic related to leadership, entrepreneurship, business growth, or personal development.
There will always be plenty of time to mingle, connect, and learn from one another’s experiences.

Hi, I'm Rachel, founder & owner of Empowered Physical Therapy PLLC, co-founder of Birth & Parenthood Connection 501(c)(3) nonprofit, public speaker, and founder of Empowered Leaders Circle.
After years of entrepreneurship, I realized that leadership and business ownership can be incredibly rewarding, but surprisingly lonely. I created this community to bring together women who value genuine connection, collaboration over competition, and growing alongside other ambitious leaders who understand this wild journey.
