Pelvic Floor Yoga Class

Move better. Breathe deeper. Reconnect to your core and pelvic floor.

A small-group yoga class designed by pelvic floor specialists to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence from the inside out.

This is *not* Yo Mama's yoga class:

Not all yoga classes are designed with the pelvic floor in mind.

Our Pelvic Floor Yoga class is led by a certified yoga teacher and pelvic floor specialist, so every class is intentionally designed to support the way your breath, core, hips, posture, and pelvic floor work together.

This means you’re not just stretching; you’re learning how to move in a way that helps your body function better in daily life, workouts, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.

This class is for you if you want:

Better core and pelvic floor connection

Because, who doesn't need this?!

More hip and pelvic mobility

Tight muscles do not equal strong muscles

Improved breath mechanics

Your breath and your pelvic floor are intricately linked

Less tension through the low back, hips, & pelvic floor

Low back pain is highly correlated with pelvic floor dysfunction

Safe return to exercise after pregnancy or injury

Taught by a Pre & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, this class is pregnancy and postpartum safe.

Meet your Instructor

A Washington native and new mom, Phoebe brings a rare blend of pelvic floor rehab expertise and intentional movement to every class. With a strong orthopedic foundation and specialty training in pelvic floor physical therapy, she helps women reconnect to their bodies through movement that is both therapeutic and empowering.

Phoebe believes movement is medicine, and her teaching style reflects that philosophy, meeting each person where they are while helping them build strength, confidence, mobility, and trust in their body.

As a certified yoga teacher, Phoebe thoughtfully blends breathwork, alignment, mobility, and strength with pelvic floor principles so each class feels safe, supportive, and deeply effective.

Her additional training in the Spinning Babies® approach gives her a unique lens for supporting pregnancy and postpartum bodies, especially when it comes to breath, pelvic mobility, positioning, and whole-body balance.

When she’s not in the clinic helping patients or teaching yoga, Phoebe loves doing yoga, hiking, snowboarding, paddleboarding around Washington with her husband and daughter, baking, tending to her 50+ houseplants and outdoor garden, and standing firmly by her belief that pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza.
