Empowered Physical Therapy is holding your appointment spot for you. We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance so we can try to get another patient in who might be in need of care. Unfortunately for appointment cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours in advance notice, we do have a late notice fee of $75.00 if you cannot convert your appointment to a Telehealth visit.

Missed appointments without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.
